Getting an ASB Card

ASB card stickers are available for purchase at the Cashier's Office or online using TouchBase. Show your receipt to the cashier to receive the ASB sticker.

Lost ASB/ID Cards - Need a Replacement?

Replacement cards are $5 at the Cashier Window.
 

Fines

Parents can view fines by logging into their online payment account at TouchBase with their TouchBase username and password. If you need your username and password, please contact Wen Hay at whay@nsd.org.

• Students with outstanding fines/fees will not meet on-track graduation requirements at NCHS.
• Students are encouraged to return books, athletic jerseys/equipment, etc. in lieu of paying fines. No textbooks will be accepted after October 1.  Books will remain on account as lost until paid.
• NSD issued textbooks may not be replaced with a personally purchased copy.
• Students who believe a fine is listed in error must contact their teacher/coach for the item(s) to be cleared from the fine list. Teacher/Coach will notify the Cashier via email or in writing to remove the fine. 

Consequences

All fines and/or fees must be paid or cleared for students to purchase a parking pass or to participate in:

• Sports
• Cheer
• Clubs (FBLA, DECA, Honor Society etc.)
• Dances

Additionally, non-payment of fines and/or fees may result in submission to collections and withholding one or more of the following:

• Yearbook
• Transcripts
• Commencement cap and gown
• Optional graduation supplies, such as announcements
• Diplomas
• Exclusion from participation in the Commencement Ceremony
   

Refunds are processed by the cashier’s office and will be sent from the district office. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Cash/Check Refunds

• Refunds for payments made by cash/check are mailed to the home mailing address of the student's parent/guardian. 

Credit Card Refunds

• Refunds for payments made online are credited back to the processed credit card account. If credit card is no longer active, a check will be issued.

Book Refunds

• Students shall have until October 1st of the following school year to return all previously lost, non-damaged books for a full refund.
• NSD issued textbooks may not be replaced with a personally purchased copy.

Registering and Paying for the PSAT Exam

Juniors and Sophomores -
In our continued commitment to our students’ college readiness and our ongoing improvement efforts, the annual PSAT/NMSQT exam will be administered to all juniors and sophomores at NCHS during the school day on a day in October with results being available in mid-December. The PSAT measures critical reading, math problem solving, and writing skills that are important for success in college and in other post-secondary pursuits and is the qualifying test juniors must take to enter the National Merit Scholarship Corporation scholarship program.

• The fee for the test is $20.00
• Payment is due by September 21
• Payment can be made online through the parent's TouchBase account (it will be reflected in the student's account as a fee that is due in RED at login) or by cash, credit card, or check payable to NCHS at the Cashier's Office.

• Students who are in need of financial support can contact their counselor for assistance.
