Help finding mental health care

The school’s service list includes the Washington referral service for ages 17 and younger. For students 18 or older, start with their primary care provider or insurance member services.

Coping skills and stress support

Explore the school’s coping resources while you arrange support.

To call the referral service with an interpreter, call 866-583-1527, choose your language, and ask the interpreter to call 833-303-5437. These are the referral service’s phone numbers, not the school’s.

Do you have a question about an attendance letter you received, or about an absence?

For help with a letter, call the number in the letter. We verify absence information before sending a letter. The school sets the conference date and time; call the number in your letter if you need to reschedule. On the day of the meeting, your student gets a note allowing them to leave class and join the meeting.

At the meeting, we work together so you leave with a realistic plan: what each person will do and when we will check in.
