Need to request a device for remote learning?

Students will need to have access to a computer and internet for remote learning.  

If your student needs a computer or internet access, please complete this Device Request Form. You may also submit a request to replace a District device already in your possession. This link will also be available on the home page for North Creek High School on the grey QUICKLINKS bar underneath the photos.

After your request is approved, your school will contact you with information on how and when to pick up your device(s).  Note that WiFi hotspots are only available for families that do not have any existing internet access.
