Graduation Alliance works together with Northshore School District to provide a research-based approach to alternative education. Holistic in nature, pairing time and place flexibility with the social-emotional supports that many at-risk and non-traditional students require in order to stay on track for graduation, and successfully transition to life after high school.

Students who attend Northshore Networks experience a high-level of teachers support and learning focused on student readiness, talent, interest, and personal responsibility.

Northshore Online Academy (NOA)
The Northshore Online Academt is a program for families who choose to learn in an online learning format for students that is coordinated and taught by Northshore School District teachers and in conjunction with Edgenuity (secondary only).

Innovation Lab
Innovation Lab High School (ILHS) is a choice school within the Northshore School District and currently serves just under 250 students, grades 9-12. The facility is a non-traditional learning space designed to be highly flexible and configurable. ILHS is a member of the first cohort in the Washington State Board of Education's Mastery Based Learning Collective (MBLC) and is also a leader in the State of the implementation of mastery-based learning. mStudents are held to rigorous standards-base expectations and participated in project-based learning at the classroom level. personal passion projects, and school-wide interdisciplinary projects.

Secondary Academy for Success (SAS)
Secondary Academy for Success (SAS) serves grades 9-12, embracing students whose learning styles require different instructional approaches who need or want an alternative setting to the large comprehensive high schools.

Alternative Learning Experience (ALE)
The Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) is public education, available to all public school districts and public charter schools in Washington state, where some or all of the instuction is delivered outside of a regular classroom schedule. The intent of ALE is to ensure that studetns have educational opportunities designed to meet their individualized needs. ALE fallows all public education requirements as well as WAC 392-550.

HS+
High School+ (HS+) is a competency-based high school diploma program for adultt learners, 18 years and older, who do not have a high school diploma or equivalency (GED).
High School+ programs turn life experiences, work experiences, previous high school credit, and any military experience into credits towards a high school diploma.

Bellevue College
The HS+ program offers a Washington State high school diploma for those 18 years and older. Students can apply previously earned high school credits, job trainings, or life experience with our curriculum to finish their coursework. Students must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. Students can fit HS+ around their schedule as classes are online.

Everett Community College
The high school+ program is an ability based program that takes into account your life experiences and your previous high school credits and guides you towards earning your high school diploma! This amazing program takes your skills and knowledge through a prior learning class and helps you find ways to show how you've met some of the minimum requirements for your high school diploma. This is a great program for anyone who is turning 18 or older and looking to earn their diploma!

Lake Washington Institute of Technology
The High School+ program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology consists of adult basic education classes for students looking to improve their skills or pursuing an adult high school completion diploma. The program includes building of basic skills- reading and writing - along with courses in science, history, and literature. Our goal is to prepare HS+ students for college classes.

Shoreline Community College
Get credit for what you already know! If you've earned some high school credits, have work or life experience, but no high school diploma or equivalent, High School+ may be the prefect fit for you.

Open Doors (16-21)
Open Doors (WAC 392-700) is a free statewide youth re-engagement system designed to help at-risk students work toward earning their WED, high school diploma, a two-year college degree, and/or a technical or vocational certificate. Many Open Doors programs are dual-credit (where students earn both high school and college credit simultaneously) and create non-traditional pathways for high school students, age 16-21, to earn a high school diploma and more.

Market Square Education
Open Doors re-engages disconnected youth through programs that create multiple pathways for students and provides avenues to life after high school. Coursees can be done anywhere, anytime. Most of them will be online. Start anytime - even mid-year. Students can even attend throughout the summer to complete their learning journey.

Language Intensive & Integration (LIP)
Bellevue College
The program enables students to learn academic English and work toward an AA degree, GED, high school diploma or professional/technical certificate while receiving wrap-around services and support in order to achieve their educational goals. Learn more out LIP via the Info Session Presentation.

The Career Education Options (CEO) program enables youth to work toward their high school diploma, GED, or other professional-technical and AA-degree credential while receiving wrap-around services and support to help them succeed in their educational pursuits.

Everett Community College, U3
EvCC offers Youth Re-Engagement (U3) in partnership with local school districts and Sea Mar Community Health Centers. U3 is designed to meet students' specific and individual needs and goals. Instead of starting with the Foundations quarter, some students may start with other classes, including ESL, Basic Skill Building, High School Completion, technical/vocational, or college-level classes. One of our main goals in making the U3 Program work for you.

Lake Washington Technical Academy (LWTA) provides preparation and support for students who may not want to immediately jump into college classes with multiple formats for learning including: hybrid, hyflex (class sessions meet simultaneously online and in person; students may choose whether to join class virtually or in person), online, in-person, etc.

The Center for Education and Career Opportunities (CECO) program delivers services to support students "to and through" a post-secondary education, with paid internships, relational case management, behavioral health services, and fiscal support services, including all programs avaliable at multiple colleges.
