Co-ed Cross Country
Welcome to North Creek Cross Country!
Cross Country is a Fall sport.
Building aerobic fitness takes patience and wisdom. You can't rush things or you risk injury or fatigue. In Cross Country our goal is to train smarter, not harder. The end goal is to enjoy running, and performance improvement will come with consistency.

Registration for 2023-24 is open!
First turnout day is August 21, 2023.
