Sales

In order to not charge you sales tax, yearbooks are only on sale for specific periods during the school year.  For the 2025-2026 year, there will be 2 windows in which yearbook sales will be open:

• 1/4/26 - 1/24/26 – $65
• 5/18/26 until books are sold out – $70

You will be able to order one online through the student's TouchBase account (link found in Clever as well) or by clicking on the button under "Buy a Yearbook".

Senior Photos and Senior Ads 2025-2026 

Keystone Yearbook is excited to announce an opportunity for seniors who do not have a senior photo scheduled to do a mini-session with our staff photographers. We will offer sessions on Saturday, September 27th at North Creek High School and on October 4th at Bothell Landing. Sessions will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Email Mr. Isakson at misakson@nsd.org for more information and to schedule times. 

Deadlines & Requirements:

All Senior Photos are due to Mr. Isakson by November 12, 2025.  Content will not be accepted past the deadline. See submission guidelines below. 

Accepted file formats:  .jpg (JPEG) and .tif (TIFF)
Keystone Yearbook will not accept PNG, GIF, Photoshop PSD, EPS, BMP or RAW files.

Resolution:
Photos must have a resolution of 300 pixels per inch. No other resolution photo will be accepted. Cell phone photos will not meet our quality requirements. All photos must be submitted in a digital .jpg or .tif format. The yearbook staff will not accept hard copy photos for scanning.

All photos must have the following aspect ratio:
Size:  12 picas wide  x  18 picas high (144 pixels by 216 pixels) – Photo MUST BE VERTICAL. Horizontal photos will not work with yearbook formatting, and will be rejected.

Props such as pets, musical instruments, sports equipment, and other activities are permitted. However, images which include silly hats or other props and are clearly intended as jokes will be rejected.

Clothing: Clothing and jewelry must be in accordance with school dress code guidelines.

Senior photos will be posted in early December for review.  Yearbook staff are not responsible for photos beyond the review period. Students are responsible for verifying the photo is correct.

How to submit your photo:
Save the file name as lastname_firstname. For example, Eric McDowell would be mcdowell_eric.   Photos should be submitted by COPYING the mailfile link below and pasting it into a new browser window, filling out the information* and attaching the photos:

*In the subject line of the mailfile, write SENIOR and the student’s name — SENIOR_lastname_firstname.

2025-2026 SENIOR AD REQUIREMENTS:

Senior Ads must be purchased by November 12th, 2025. Student editors will design the ads around the theme and style of this year's book. Photos should be submitted by COPYING this mailfile link, pasting into an internet browser, filling out the information, and attaching the photos/text:

When submitting photos via mailfile please include the full text that you want included in the ad. Ads can be purchased through Touchbase or at the cashier's window.

$105 - 1/4 page vertical - 1-3 images + text
$160 - 1/2 page horizontal - 3-5 images + text
$230 - Full page - 5-8 images + text

No transparent backgrounds
No emojis
Amount of photos allowed to submit

1/4: 1-3
1/2: 1-5
Full: 1-8

Write within the maximum word limit

1/4: 50-75 words
1/2: 125 words
Full: 150-175 words 

Proofs will be sent to parents/guardians for review via email.

SENIOR PORTRAIT REFUND POLICY:

Full refund (minus cost of book production): Editor mistake (photo not included, name wrong, etc.) IF SUBMITTED CORRECTLY

No refund: opt-out photo, inappropriate content with prior warning, if turned in past the deadline
