Yearbook Photos

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:  November 1, 2021

Students choosing to use a photographer other than Dorian for their senior photo, please take note of the following requirements:

Accepted file formats:  .jpg (JPEG) and .tif (TIFF) 
Keystone Yearbook will not accept PNG, GIF, Photoshop PSD, EPS, BMP or RAW files.

Resolution:
Photos must have a resolution of 300 pixels per inch. No other resolution photo will be accepted. Cell phone photos will not meet our quality requirements. All photos must be submitted in a digital .jpg or .tif format. The Yearbook staff will not accept hard copy photos for scanning.

All photos must have the following aspect ratio:
Size:  10.125 picas wide  x  15.75 picas high – Photo MUST BE VERTICAL. Horizontal photos will not work with yearbook formatting, and will be rejected.

Save the file name as lastname_firstname. For example, Eric McDowell would be mcdowell_eric. Email appropriately formatted photo files to https://mailfile.nsd.org/filedrop/misakson@nsd.org

In the subject line of the email, write SENIOR and the student’s name — SENIOR_lastname_firstname.

Appearance: Props will not be permitted in senior photos of the yearbook – this includes bottles, hats, and sunglasses. No hand gestures or hand signs are allowed in photos. 

Clothing: Clothing and jewelry must be in accordance with school dress code guidelines. No logos or text on clothing will be allowed.
